After fleeing ruthless dictators and enduring years of torture not in the Middle East but in Corporate America, César Palma founded Cesar's World in 1996. Since then, unconstrained by office politics and internecine forces he has been able to create product guided by his sense of beauty and fun.

This self taught designer has experimented in different media to bring to life sophisticated, elegant and whimsical gifts. Horchow, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, The Smithsonian Institute, The Art Institute of Chicago, Gump's , Marshall Field's, 1800 Flowers, HSN have sold his work.

The career of César Palma is one of expressive spontaneity– whether creating sculptural blown glass, venetian style hand mirrors, designing fine jewelry, Tiffany style lamps, or performing on the New York stage, - his determination and constancy of purpose are those of a man always convinced of his mission: to share joy thru gifts that will make you smile and wonder.
